BREAKING: S’Court affirms Delta Speaker as PDP gov candidate
Oborevwori Sheriff, the Speaker of the State Delta Assembly, has been validated as the appropriate candidate for the People’s Democratic Party in the state by the state’s highest court.
The appeal lodged by David Edevbie was rejected by Justice Tijani Abubakar, who also delivered the verdict, on the grounds that it was devoid of value.
The decision of the Supreme Court has affirmed the decision of the Court of Appeal, which was handed down on August 29 of this year.
