Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, a Hollywood superstar, recently divulged the information that he is already working on “what’s next” for his DC antihero character, Black Adam. Taking to social media, Johnson has made it very obvious that he is excited to continue the exploits of Black Adam, a figure who has finally made his debut on the big screen some 15 years after Johnson initially agreed to portray the role.

Johnson begins by extending his gratitude to a fan for their gushing review of Black Adam, the film that serves as the character’s introduction to the DC Cinematic Universe. He then goes on to state, “We’re working on “what’s next” as I type this.” It’s an exciting time. Keep an eye out!”

Johnson has never been bashful about his dedication to Black Adam or the DC Cinematic Universe as a whole. “The actor stated earlier this year that he is “100% committed” to not only playing Black Adam but also developing the Black Adam realm and the DC universe in general. “This is the beginning, hopefully, of a very long road of storytelling, and Black Adam is the anchoring jet fuel now that will then push and thrust this universe out,” he said. “Fingers crossed.””

It is currently unknown what exactly lies ahead for Black Adam, but Johnson and the production team behind the DC adventure have already provided various hints about the character’s future. Not only has Johnson himself referred to Black Adam as “phase 1 of storytelling in our DC Universe,” but he has also guaranteed that audiences would be seeing a great deal more of Pierce Brosnan’s portrayal as Doctor Fate in the future.

Black Adam was released in 2010. A member of the ensemble cast of Black Adam who has quickly established themselves as a favorite among the show’s viewers.

Henry Cavill dons the iconic Man of Steel costume one more time in the climactic moments of the film Black Adam. As it emerges from the smoke, Henry Cavill’s Superman will be seen standing beside Black Adam. This is believed to be only the beginning of these two face up on the big screen, as producer Hiram Garcia has hinted at an ongoing struggle between the two characters.

“”It’s never been about a one-off or just about a fight,” Garcia disclosed. “It’s always been about this.” “No, it’s not about that at all. It’s about so much more than that. We really want to construct a long-form story and show that these two characters exist in the same universe and are going to have to deal with one other frequently, either on the same or opposite sides of the conflict. This is something we want to portray in the story. We can only hope that they will face each other at some time, but this is not a situation that can be resolved with just “one battle.” That was never even a possibility for us. That does not give anything back to the supporters. Fans are interested in experiencing a journey between these characters since they are aware that these characters live in the same universe.”

Black Adam slammed its way into theaters on Friday. Jaume Collet-Serra was the film’s director, while the screenplay was written by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani. Dwayne Johnson will play the role of Teth-Adam, a man who has been imprisoned for 5,000 years. After being chosen by the wizard Shazam and endowed with superpowers, Teth-Adam will emerge in the present day as the deadly defender Black Adam.

In addition to Johnson, Black Adam stars Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan. The film has been panned by critics and has garnered a range of reactions, from positive to negative. Nevertheless, Black Adam has been a great deal more well-liked by viewers, and it has brought in a total of 140 million dollars across the world at box offices thus far.
