Tramadol worth N8.8 billion is recovered by the NDLEA.
A large quantity of Tramadol was found at a mansion in the Lekki neighbourhood of Lagos State that was raided by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.
On Monday, the spokesman for the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Femi Babafemi, stated that the tablets that were collected from the home numbered at least 13,451,466 and had a street value of N8.8 billion.
According to him, the mansion belonged to a drug lord worth a billion dollars named Ugochukwu Nsofor Chukwukadibia, who has now been taken into custody by the agency.
