Ex-Senate President David Mark’s son dies
Former Senate President David Mark’s first son, Tunde Mark, has passed away.
It has been learned that Tunde passed away in London, England, in the wee hours of Friday morning.
According to rumors, Tunde died at the age of 51 from cancer.
Though details remain vague, it has been reported that his body would soon be transferred to Nigeria.
Mr. Paul Mumeh, Special Adviser to the Mark, released a statement saying that Tunde was born on October 13, 1971, and that he earned his first high school diploma from Yaba Military School.
Then, after finishing elementary school, he went on to Bradfield College in Berkshire, UK, for his secondary education.
Biochemist by training, Tunde earned his B.Sc. at London’s prestigious Kings College. In addition to biochemistry and subsequently Biological Sciences, he also studied immunology at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
It was also revealed in the statement that Tunde was married and had a daughter, and that details about his burial will be shared at a later date.
